The Lead Budtender provides an exceptional customer experience and educates customers or patients on cannabis products. Serves as a resource for employees, customers, and patients to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Sign-on bonus of $500 paid in two separate checks. $100 lump sum on the next regularly scheduled pay date after you start employment with Native Roots Cannabis co. $400 lump sum on the next regularly scheduled pay date after 6 months of employment.
