The Graphic Designer supports in-house brands and graphics. Serves as the primary point of contact for all internal graphic design requests for digital, website, and in-store. Supports website design, UX, and UI. Ensures consistency in look and feel across the entire brand ecosystem.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads all web design, UX, and UI for mobile and desktop user experiences
  • Leads all graphic design within the company’s ecosystem including website, UX and UI, promotional design, in-store collateral, event flyers, OOH advertising (digital and print), brand packaging, email design, advertising, and social media
  • Develops campaign assets, web banner suites, social media image suites, and various website graphics both still and animated
  • Conducts research, provides guidance, and recommends innovative ideas
  • Responsible for website design updates and ensuring site design is optimized for mobile use
  • Creates site solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and/or site maps
  • Creates work that reflects a consistent visual style in accordance with the company’s brand identity and voice
  • Creates, alters, and edits graphic elements and/or places graphic elements into correct formats or programs for usage
  • Collaborates with Marketing and various teams on overarching design strategy, campaign development, and ensuring design work meets expectations for different channel owners
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of experience with designing visual language systems for products and services as well as websites, UX/UI
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Must possess or obtain a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
  • Experience with product packaging design
  • Experience with Responsive Web Design and Motion Graphics
  • Experience defining materials, colors, and finishes, and optimizing design for manufacturing (both print and web)
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere
  • Excellent ideation, concept visualization, and rapid prototyping skills
  • Experience exporting files for print and web, Pantone’s, web-ready file optimization, and file management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

  • Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 ; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year
